(4) 2-8-014: 032 and 041, is published by KAUAI HALE, INC., a Delaware corporation (the "Developer"), pursuant to Section 514B-95.5 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes ("HRS"), as amended. For a 30-day period following the date of the first publication of the owner-occupant presale announcement, at least 50% of the residential units being marketed in the Project will be offered only to prospective owner-occupants through a chronological system.
