Whether it was his 16+ years of Food and Beverage management in some of Hawaii’s most notable hotels or nurturing a group of stores for the Starbucks Cooperation as a District Manager, providing memorable experiences has always been priority one for Mark. All the while, Mark also served his country and retired as a Sargent First Class from the Army Reserves in Hawaii. ​ Therefore, having a “Service not Sales” mentality has been a cornerstone principle for Mark. Since 2010, Mark has enjoyed assisting people with their understanding of and making educated decisions about their Medicare options. ​ Some of Mark’s recognition include being a Top Producer for the agency and for several Insurance Carriers year over year. ​ Mark grew up in Kalihi Valley and is married to his wife Sasi, has 2 daughters, Nicole and Kylie, a son Austin and a dog name Sam.
