Giovanni's Shrimp Truck is the original shrimp truck on the North Shore of Oahu, serving delicious shrimp since 1993. Operating out of a converted 1953 bread truck, Giovanni's offers unique and flavorful shrimp dishes that have gained popularity and were voted Hawaii’s Best from 2011-‘20, in 2023 and in 2024 as of 2024.
